Hiking The Narrows, Zion National Park
Zion National Park is located in southern Utah near the city of Springdale, not far from Las Vegas, Salt Lake City, or St. George.Zion is famous for its remarkable hiking trails. Take an adventurous scramble up to Angels Landing, a relaxing stroll to Weeping Rock, or a family hike on the Emerald Pools Trails, among others. Hike the whole 16 miles or just a few. The narrows can be fairly cold even on hot days. Most people choose to start their hike from the Temple of Sinawava via the Riverside Walk and then walk upstream before turning around and hiking back down to the Temple of Sinawava.
